Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued in cases where:
A product is returned as per the return policy
The item received is damaged or incorrect
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours. In case you face any issues in cancellation, send us an email to serenedreamsstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours and you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We will not be able to cancel the order once the shipment is out of store for delivery. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund within 7 working days; following the successful cancellation of the order.
