We do not offer returns.

We take utmost care in the way the product is packaged and delivered.  In rare situations where an issue might occur, kindly do not accept packages that happen to be tampered or damaged in any way. Let us know via email, if this happens. If the packaging is in good condition, kindly record a video while unboxing it, so that if the product happens to be damaged from within, we can have proof to show to the courier service and then we can help you further. Any such issue needs to be informed to us via email serenedreamsstudio@gmail.com within 72 hours from the date of being delivered.
